Eric's Natural Stone Design does not just do stone work and this is what I am addressing. A new roof was the work contracted back in May 2011 has failed several times. Each time it was harder and harder to get Eric to return my calls and come out and fix leaks. Excuses, he had a boatload of them! Now, my third request for rework and he will not return any of my calls. I will end up having his work fixed by another company and taking him to court. IF you don't want this to happen to you do not use this service.
