Do your homework
First-- make sure you have a big enough lot for a pick up and trailer. I did not know that this groomer required a huge amount of parking space. Second-- make sure you discuss your grooming needs before groomer arrives. She does not do scissor cuts-- only clippers. Again-- I didn't know that beforehand. We agreed that we were not a good match and she didn't groom either of my 2 dogs.
