My mom purchased a vehicle using this finance company over a year ago. Payments were made on time every month. It was stated in the paperwork that upon the untimely death of her that the loan was paid off. My mom passed away on July 13th 2019. I informed this establishment reminded them of the clause in the signed agreement. They told me that everything was taken care of and I had nothing to worry about. This interaction was done 2 days after her death. Today at 430am I was awaken by my roommates to tell me that my car was being repoed. I went and talked to the gentleman who told me and showed me the repo order. I am extremely upset by this and my lawyer has assured me that once they open this will be taken care of and I will have my car returned to me. For those looking to finance a vehicle I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A RIP OFF
