Our vehicle arrived late. Our vehicle arrived damaged. Our vehicle could not be delivered to our home. When we picked up our car from the vending machine they found more damage. The damage could not be repaired during our trial period. We swapped the car out for a different car. They charged us for both cars instead of doing a swap. They supposedly fixed the swap. They came to deliver the second car and the swap was not in the system. They continued to charge me for two cars. They could not deliver the second car. I had to go pick up the second car and I am still waiting to reach a Carvana manager to make sure I am not charged any fees or end up being charged for two cars. This is NOT a good choice for anyone! Especially if you value your time. I have spent 8-10 hours in person and on the phone with Carvana dealing with these issues. Nightmare. User's recommendation: Find another way to buy a car.
