I ordered 3 pair of shoes on 6/6/19, received them around the 9th. None were the comfortable aerosoles of the past so I shipped them back on 6/14 using the UPS label provided for returns. They were received by aerosoles on 6/17. I called on 6/27 to find out why my credit hadn't been processed, was told it takes 14 days, call back around 7/5. I called back 7/6, now being told I'll receive merchandise credit only! Their stated return policy on the packing slip is credit or refund TO ORIGINAL FOP IF WITHIN 30 DAYS. The rep refused to let me speak to a supervisor, told me I had to call corporate customer service, said she wasn't allowed to give me that number. I called the number listed online for corporate customer service and guess what? It was the same # I called previously! I just finished disputing the charge with my credit card company and will add this review everywhere I possibly can online. Disgusting.
