I ordered a 18x26 one end and both sides closed, on Oct 27, 201* (113 days ago) tried calling several times, I was told one time, it was on the truck, this was the 1st part of Dec. Called back Diana, who is the who set up the delivery and install for Mississippi, told me that Valeria, who set up delivery and install for Tennesee, would be taking care of me, RIGHT!!!!, Left Valeria several voice messages, mostly at first for some update on when I could expect my building to be installed, never heard for her, I later left another message asking for a refund on my down payment. Never heard from her. So if by chance you have more money than you need, call this company, they will gladly take it from you. I do not understand how a company this sorry stays in business.
