They claim that for $399 they will do a provisionary patent search. Which I found out means they will take your money and do nothing. They have an out for everything. They claim the search was just a grain of sand on the beech! That's not what was said during the initial call. Not until after you pay and then find out that a patent does exist do they say these things. They are quick to sell the dream and take your money. I would suggest a patent attorney do your patent search. It will cost you less in the long run. The salesman is super friendly and very convincing in a car salesman kind of way. User's recommendation: DO NOT PAY FOR THE PATENT SEARCH! DO IT YOURSELF.
