I am not a business and thought ISSUU would be a good product for individual one-time use and subscribed to the FREE $0 Basic plan. Once I logged in, found it too difficult to use and I was not interested in public use or selling anything. Tried messaging asking for assistance and nothing. Then I get invoiced two months in a row totalling $508!!! that is unacceptable and not at all what I agreed to. DO NOT subscribe NOR expect any tech assistance.
