I ordered two water filter replacements and NEVER received them. I called several weeks in a row and was told the were shipped and I should be receiving them. After that I called and requested a refund because clearly I wasn’t going to receive them and they couldn’t provide me a tracking number. The gentleman said he would process the refund and I would see it in about a week. Never received it! Called again and was told he was sending the request again and I will be seeing the credit! Here we are it’s been another two weeks and still no credit on my statement. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!
