DO NOT PURCHASE A KITCHEN WITHS THE GOOD GUYS 6 months on from signing up for a new kitchen we are still waiting for the completion of it. We only just got power connected in the kitchen appliances last week. Yes that is right no power to appliances and the kitchen that they installed 2 months prior. The whole experience has been disgraceful and very stressful and I want to warn other people so they do not have to go through what we have gone through. Since signing up for a kitchen with The Good Guys, we have found the process / lack of communication and the lack of response very frustrating and extremely disappointing considering we did do our research before committing to a Good Guys Kitchen. • The initial design had incorrect measurements and had to be redesigned to fit our kitchen space • One department doesn’t speak to the other department • Phone calls and emails re concerns are not answered or replied to • Installation dates are incorrect • Cupboards & doors are incorrectly measured • Doors missing • Customer Care kitchen department rude • Damage goods on delivery • They want the full price paid up front or no delivery however do not complete the job • Isolator switches not allowed for in the design • Trades people unreliable • The list is endless We signed up for our kitchen 17/8/15 and today 20/1/16 we still have an unfinished kitchen and no apology, compensation, nothing. I have never experience such unprofessional service over the last 5 months. I can’t even get my kitchen completed. The Good Guys are a disgrace in ever section of the kitchen process. One department does not know what the other department is doing. There is no communication with clients with issues. To get anything completed we have had to call continually, email continually and complain every step of the way. I might add this is now my 4th email of complaint and I am still yet to receive a response to my first email back in Nov. In all your stores it is on a big sign that the customer is your priority and you guarantee your service with a turnaround of 24hrs for any complaints. Well that has never happened to me. Disgraceful, unprofessional service is what I see. I will never purchase anything form the Good Guys again and I will be telling everyone I know, meet and also put on social media my experience with the Good Guys. Denise Qld
