StI listed my car that I purchased in full from a dealer in 2017. The listing seemed fine. I was verified, my car was verified, I secured a buyer. Then everything fell apart. CarGurus said my title didnt match. Gave buyer a different number. Not my title. Then asked me to verify ownership which could take 2 days. I have been leaving message for 2 days. Then they hijacked all my communication regarding my listing and left my buyer to think I was a fraud. Car Gurus cost me $3,000. Still have yet to get a response in 3 days multiple phone calls and emails User's recommendation: Stay clear.
