I have paid this card off and since having done so, I am being charged 10.00 per month. I just viewed my online account to see a balance of 106.00 which includes a 90.00 annual fee. I called and was told there's nothing I can do about it. I asked about other offers without these fees and the rep stated nope nothing we can do. POOR Customer Service and lack of customer loyalty. NEVER LATE always on time.
