Do not expect good service

I did not get my paper.... since the routes were changed on Nov. 1 we do not get the same delivery person on a daily basis …..we do not get it on time ….we do not get the complete paper.... we are loyal subscribers 35 years plus..... FIX YOUR PROBLEM it is a problem when one calls to complain and you get some person in ft Lauderdale what is this it it a Sarasota paper
