I placed an order for a book and needed to change the shipping address and I was forbidden to log into my online account so I made multiple calls which were answered by individuals in 3rd world countries who told me for unknown reasons they were unable to change the shipping address. Due to my money being spent to an American company and seeing the unemployment rates sky high, I refuse to further spend my money to a company that wont help me where I already spent my money and will outsource jobs overseas to foreigners to save a buck.
