I WAS A MEMBER HERE AND THIS BEYOND HORRIBLE!. I had an auto loan, checking, and savings. Once I had an auto accident I was hurt and out on work leave for a couple of months to recover. The auto loan was late for 2 months and I kept the bank updated on my status. I they had my car taken right away from me (re pulled). Then finally 2 months later my auto accident claim was paid. THEY KEPT THE ACTION AMOUNT FOR MY CAR, Did not apply it towards what I owed to them, and took from the auto claim all the money for the auto loan and took money from the same claim to pay of my negative checking account. THEY ARE HEARTLESS AND THE "ONLY" Richard who works there is very rude! Warning if you just call them you can see for yourselves that this small bank is ruthless!
