An emergency room visit was necessary as a result of Diesel fume poisoning while on a Carnival cruse out of Los Angeles returning 8/1/2019. I Wanted Carnival to pay me the $232.00 hospital cost I incurred after returning home. I was asked by Carnival to provide documentation and I did. They ran me in circles for 2 months. When all of there requests were satisfied they ignored me. There customer service department is a fraud. At first they offered me a room credit if I booked a new cruse. Carnival Cruse Line allowed my cabin to fill with Diesel fuels fumes. It was so bad you couldn't breath. I had to complain 4 times before I was given a new cabin 1 day later. They are incompetent and dangerous..
