Dear Sir, I have a 1.6 cc diesel engine model comfortline passat car. In 30.12.2019 I saw a glass like symbol message on the screen which means that the motor can not be controlled. My car can be driven 30 km/hour. I brought the car to the authorised service in Kdz. Eregli/Zonguldak/Turkey. The car was running but going with low speed. They have examinated the car and told me that I have to change the pedal (accelerator arm) and I told ok. They ordered and changed the pedalv. But after that they told me that the control card wihich controls the motor is also faulty, because of the water leakage to the card. I have told then that there was no any accident and I did not make any fault so why this problem occured. They have told me that car was parked under trees long before and some tree leaf blocked up the water path to go out. But I told them that I have always brought the car to this authorised service in Kdz. Eregli/Zonguldak/Turkey, why didn't you take any precuations. And I told them also these electronics cards have IP 66 protection level at least. They should be coated also. So may be the stuff in servise have made a fault and due to that the card is not working. They told me that I have to pay. I called up Dogus Otomative in Istanbul, the distributor of Volkswagen in Turkey and wrote them the problem. They did not help me. So I had to paid for the control card and they have changed it in 08.01.2020. Bu in 09.01.2020 there was a message on the screen of the car that the there is a problem in motor system, Today I am gonig to the authorised service in Kdz. Eregli/Zonguldak/Turkey and I do not know what type of problems I will encounter. I am not sure that that the service personnel (staff) is capable of solving this problem. Because I have brought my car to the service, it was working but 3 days later they have told me that the control card is faulty, and the car is not working at all. I need your help. I am a retired person and can not pay much. My car licens number is 67 UG 853. And WVWZZZ3CZDP028844 is the motor number. Dogus Holding is not helping me either.
