Ive been a loyal Coach customer since I got my first bag at age 13. Im now 53. 40 years!!! I love handbags and buy many. My closet is full of Coach bags. Over the past couple of years Ive purchased many bags, shoes, clothing and accessories from Coach online since Im not close to any retail or outlet store. Ive HAD it with their customer service!!! They have cancelled numerous orders, shipped damaged products. Ive had to return a lot due to damaged items or just sizing differences with their clothing and shoes. They apologize and say they will email a 20% off code, never receive it. Now they will not even send any orders to my address. They cancel whenever I try to order. It says to call customer service and I call them and cannot speak to anyone that can give me any answers. I am furious with them!! I do not even want to wear the closet full of shoes, clothes, or carry any of their bags anymore. Do not want to support their brand anymore.
