Update by user Oct 18, 2018 You cannot get into this ditch to cut it..it is swampy full of snakes, mice and mosquitoes..it never dries as it was never sodded as promised..they came and cut it , one guy almost passed out the other one wet to his knees..but they never completed the job so it is regrowing and will be very unsightly soon and unmanagable Original review posted by user Oct 18, 2018 We purchased a home in 2015 and there was a ditch behind our home we were told would be sodded and easy to maintain a 15 ft easement..they never sodded it and it is impossible to maintain.as it stays so wet you cant get equipment in there to do so...now there are snakes, mice, spiders, mosquitos in there..i i feel this is a horrible health hazard. The other builders in the area have completed their ditches making it easy for the homeowners to maintain.. we have written , emailed, talked to them..and they refuse to do anything about it..But would they like to live in a home with a filty dirty wet ditch unable to maintain in their yard..
