Disturbing incident in store not handled very well.

I was in the Von's store 2701 Harbor Blvd. in Costa Mesa on Thur. June 4th. 2020. I was shopping near the live Butcher Counter when a tall white man about 35 yrs.old with no mask got close enough to bump my shoulder with his arm. I politely asked him to please social distance, at this point he started shouting profanity and threats at me. After finishing my shopping I went to check out and saw him jump over the line in front of 3 other shoppers and came up behind me.He then threatened to cut my throat. This went on for about 8 minutes with no security or Manager response. He made menacingly moves toward me and I had to pick up the hard rubber divider to ward him off. While this was happening, no one came to my aid for several minutes. The Manager then arrived and told him to leave the store. She then escorted me out to the door and then appeared to be calling the police. No apology was given to me for the trauma this has caused, for which I am still feeling. I regret to have to make this complaint, as I have been a loyal shopper since the store opened. I also am a retired Retail Clerk who worked for PIA Merchandising Company and was Table Captain on the Soap aisle. User's recommendation: Be careful while shopping at Von's.
