DI anticipated. {Also paid with my visa card} I immediately went on line and told them to cancel my order as I would not pay that money for 2 toys. A couple of days later I get a notification to say my order was being processed. I again told them not to send it and please refund my money. I could not get replies from them until a week or so later they sent me a tracking number and said my order had been despatched. Again I notified them that I had in fact cancelled the order and requested a refund. Eventually, a response that said, no problem, just refuse delivery and when we get it back we will refund your money. Eventually one of the toys arrived in a plastic parcel bag and was left on my front verandah. It was a Monkey game but the box was completely crushed. I didnt open the box but I immediately emailed again to let them know that the item was totally destroyed and useless and asked for a refund. They wrote back and said they were sorry about the damage and would immediately send another one. I said NO, I want a refund and where is the other half of the order. Why haven't you refunded it? They are now continually sending notifications that the damaged item has been sent again and no mention of the one which has never been supplied. They have twice asked for photos of the damaged box of the first order which I have sent. Please don't deal with them They are pathetically inept and certainly fraudulent. User's recommendation: Don't deal with them.
