On Nov 22, 2018 after the Paradise fire, I had slready spplied online for Assistance..I was told what documents I needed to complete my application. They keep referring to FLOOD handbooks for our Assistance..Paradise is a small town. How can FEMA justify someone getting paid $30,000 for a travel trailer a person paid $10,000 for? When they won't even pay me for my $2,000 trailer? I am bereft
