My daughter purchased a prom dress a week before our city went on the shelter in place due to COVID-19 and prom was canceled, and she was not able to utilize the dress. We contacted Davids Bridal customer service twice and was told we can return when the store reopens. The store has reopened and tried to return the dress and was told we had until March 17 to return the dress. I explain to the in store rep how was this even possible things were closed we were ordered to stay in? The In store rep replied sorry! Its very disappointing that not only did my daughter miss prom but now has a dress she can not use or return. Davids Bridal is a big disappointment to not allow this return. Knowing women come to shop in your store for special occasions and this will not be forgotten. I don't understand why this can not be resolved. We do not want store credit! User's recommendation: Get a email for proof.
