I'm sure the company after many years of producing pressure washers you would think they would like to keep there reputation in tact but because there pressure washers only have a 2 year warranty after only using mine once a year for a small garden the machine this year was working but no pressure coming from it . I phoned the company to be told i was 27 in place gave up after 1 hour , send a e-mail over 2 weeks ago no answer finally got someone to answer the phone to-day after 25 mins to be told , they couldn't do a thing because its out of warranty , even though I explained that there is a LOT of pressure washers out in the market a lot cheaper than karcher and that just looking at my pressure washer you can see it hasn't been used more than a few times so my advise to anyone thinking of buying a pressure washer just go with the best on the market , Karcher is not worth what you need to pay for the name I wont be buying a other one also I was told when you register your product that's only for marketing purpose again not good enough for a company the size of Karcher
