Difficulty ordering number of desired tickets

On Seatgeek website, wanted 3 out of 5 tickets available. Would not let me change from 2 tickets, so I ordered 2. Then, returned to website to order 1 more ticket. Would not let me! Said there were1-3 tickets available. Had to call service to buy just one more ticket! User's recommendation: Get on a PC to order!!!!! Make sure you CAN order the # of tickets wanted in 1 transaction.
