difficult to reach for cancelled/rescheduled concert

The Greta Van Fleet concert was scheduled for Oct 11th at 8pm in New Orleans. We arrive in New Orleans on the day of the concert, but around 1pm I receive an email stating the concert had been rescheduled for Dec 20th. We already have plans for these dates, so we will not be able to attend. I call the number for OnlineCityTickets, and if you've already purchased tickets and have more questions they simply send you a link to live chat with a robot. They hang up. Yay. I go to the link they text me and and the robot can't locate my ticket number, which I know was right. I try that for a while with no progress. I call the customer service number again, and decide to deceive the system by getting prompts to buy a ticket, so I can talk to a human. I eventually get through to a person, and I explain my situation. The lady says she will transfer me to the correct dept, at which point I stay on hold for about 40 minutes. I then speak to someone that explains all sales are final, and no refunds are provided. Ok, that sucks, but nothing new there I guess, but instead of providing me with some assistance in reselling these tickets, he just says he's sorry and to ask Google on how to resell mobile tickets. OMG. Worst experience ever.
