Didn’t get a return that was cleared by a representative to be returned.

I ordered a pair of jeans and returned them as directed by a call to customer service saying they could be returned with no problem. I recieved back a letter saying they couldn't take them back and sent me a pair of size2 jeans in place of the size 14 jeans I returned! I just recieved another pair of jeans that were on sale for $28.00. They came to me with an orange clearance price tag for $8.99. WHAT!!!? I DONT CARE to order from them any more. Totally ridiculous! User's recommendation: Don't expect good customer service!
