Did not receive the 12 Free Gifts advertised if I tried your magazine

Received the mini magazine promoting Prevention magazine that advertised "12 Free Gifts" if I tried the magazine. I sent the card that was included to try Prevention for a month. The next piece of mail I received was not the magazine or the 12 free gifts but a bill for 13 issues. I still have not received my "12 Free Gifts". My account number is 203927****. Hope to hear some positive news in regard to my review. I do like Prevention magazine but also like honesty in advertisement. I hope to not be disappointed. Thanks. MJ Stover
