I am extremely upset. My mother purchased a purse for me last Weds 2.26.20 It was the Michael Kors rhea Zip Med signature bag. Her card was charged. We did not receive any confirmation. Today she went to check on the delivery status and you credited her card back. I am pissed. The bag is now on Tradesy for 130$ Why was it not sent to me? I am furious!
