I tried to order an engagement ring for my son, first through Walmart. Palm Beach Jewelry canceled my order three different times. I phoned Walmart and the associate got me in touch with Palm Beach Jewelry. I spoke with an associate on 5/20/2020. I ordered the ring through him and I paid for UPS next day delivery. My son wanted the ring early to make sure it was there for his proposal on 5/24/2020. I never received an email stating the order had been shipped. I never received a phone call stating that there was a problem. I had to call them. I called four different times. I was on hold twice for over 20 minutes. The associates were very nice and patient. Two of them explained to me that my order was in "security hold". They could not tell me why. I spoke with a manager today 5/23/2020. She told me that my account is in security hold because the billing address(my home) and the delivery address(my son's home) are different. I asked her why they did not call me to resolve the problem. She said the security dept. sends emails. I told her that I did not receive an email. She told me that I should have. She asked me if I want to keep the order or get my money back. My son still wants to keep the order at this late date. He will not be proposing on Sunday, even though he had a whole photo shoot set up with photographer, 70's themed clothing and all. He will wait until he receives the ring, if at all according to a lot of the reviews on here. User's recommendation: Do not use this company, there are plenty of others out there.
