I was promised my DD214 would be sent to me in a few days after ordering. I contacted the company after a week. They said some cases can take 2-3 weeks. I waited. It has now been almost 6 months and they refuse to refund me my money even though I showed them that I received my DD214 from another source. Do not waste your money on this company. I made a complaint with the BBB and the company responded saying they would refund my money. i contacted them and they said they would not. I just want to warn others. If you need a copy of DD214 then submit through vetrecs. It is completely free. This company closed my case and assigned my order number to someone else. I logged on with my info and was able to see someone else's personal information. This makes me worry about who they have shared my personal information with such as social security number.
