Ordered a diamanté applicator pen, they only sent the ‘bonus/free gift' (value of about 10p!), never the pen! They won't reply to emails. Opened dispute with paypal only to be declined as the tracking she swish supplied said the item was delivered and then after reopening the case, I have to send the free gift back to china for a refund. Item cost £12, postage to china is minimum £11!
