purchased the 4 way wand control their newest product and all they do is jam they never work I have spent 8 thousand dollars and it is total loss No support to replacements and very expensive DONT EVER BUY HUNTER DOUGLAS II CALL AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH TO HAVE REPARIS...
