Good luck trying to reach their technical support, which is only available thru email. Total AV never solved the problem which was their anti virus stopped working. And they kept sending me emails that that my credit card was charged to renew my total at despite my continuous emails saying I did not want to renew. How much clearer do I have to be? I kept saying I DON'T WANT TO RENEW!! Their customer service sucks. User's recommendation: Don't believe their hype; it's a scam!
