Deplorable, Depressing and Service Provider unprofessional

I have had patch work done on my HVAC that 10 year plus over and I was always asking why want the company replace the unit instead of putting in new parts. The service provider states that until the home warranty company can't find the part they want replace it. This has been going on for years . The system goes out this summer call set up a claim ..Service provider comes and tell me that the reason why my electric bill has been so high is the last service provider did not hook up the system correctly and that the air handler needs to be replaced. Paper work is sent in and it get lost, service provider get sick and is hospitalized and I am not informed. The temperature here is ranging 90 degrees and above. I have sleep apnea, diabetic and my son has high blood pressure. I'm finally connected to a case manager and she works diligently to get me some service from Memphis, Tennessee which is almost 3 hours away from my home. I am told that because of the inconvenience they will be replacing the entire unit and I am responsible for $1300.00 for charges that are not covered under the plan. The fee is paid the service providers come out and replace the unit air finally but with another twist. The ceiling in my bedroom leak over the weekend while I was out of town and now I have another mess to deal with ... I called the warranty company and told the agent the first thing out of her mouth is that we don't cover any of that I would have to call the warranty company they have insurance. I called the service provider and was told to turn all the electricity off in my bedroom including the unit and he would be out Sunday. I waited all day and he finally text and stated that when he finish a job in Clarksville, TN he will drop by and look at my unit . He didn't show up nor did he call to reschedule so I am sitting in my hallway crying . I've called the warranty company again to gain more information about a company that is 3 hours away look up the address on the internet and it's a home for sell. I text the service provider and ask for the manager at 8:24 Monday morning and the guy tell me that he is just getting up and will call me when he gets in the truck .. Never got that call finally at 4:00 I text him because he never answers the phone calls because the service is always full. He text back that he will call me when he is on his way to my home. I text him back at 6:09 Are you still coming and no response. It's Tuesday I am out of $1300.00, an air conditioner that I can't use , a room with damage wood , a ceiling with water damage, clothing ruing, bedding ruined, carpet ruined, shoes stored under the bed ruined, Mattress/box spring ruined , sleeping on the sofa, insulation up stair wet and probably developing mold, etc... The agent from the warranty company has reached out and asked for pictures to send to the service provider insurance . They were sent along with video's . No one seems to understand the distress I am in as a homeowner this is just plan unprofessional and I need to be made whole again . There is no sense of urgency when it comes to a client who follows correctly the rules, procedures, pays fees and is right now feeling overwhelming. I have to go to work on tomorrow . IF I have not received any remedy by today I have no choice but to go through my homeowners insurance, hire a lawyer and let them go after these predators.
