I have ask for a unit to be exchanged three times, still to no avail. i've asked for a new sharkninja . they,ve have replaced the head three times, none of them worked. I need the whole unit, it may be in the bottom unit? this product is doing me no good. I prefer to be reimbursed, this is a headache.
