Denied my Husband diabetic strips;

This insurance company denied my husband's diabetic strips, they said that they had a once a day check and they needed a twice a day prescription from the doctor. They wanted him to wait 2 weeks before they would fill the prescription. What right do they have to over-ride the doctor. Before we signed up with them we were receiving the strips. I really believe they changed the prescription themselves. From January 2021 until May 2021 no problem. Now this, my husband has a history of his sugar dropping too low. Now we have no way of checking his sugar. These people do not care about their patients at all. Can not wait to get out of this terrible, awful insurance. Customer service is like talking with pre-K children. I am so fed up with them, they keep telling me we will expedite things and they would call the next day. Nothing , this has being going on since Tuesday 07/06/2021, this Friday 07/09/2021. Something need to be done about these people before they kill someone. If I had their reviews I would not have signed up with them. My bad. When calling they transfer you to at least 5 people and you are on the phone about 3hours and nothing is solved.
