Denied help in repair of car.

Update by user Dec 12, 2020 Customer service blew me off. Due to covid I couldn’t get to speak to anyone above customer service. The engine is new but they are saying the intake tube for the engine is not covered by warranty. The dealership ordered the part and it’s on back order. 2 months now without car. Original review posted by user Nov 12, 2020 Si my car has been to the service department 4 times for the same issue. She goes from 45 down to 0. No warning and she just dies. Finally, got a diagnosis. It's an air intake tube, part of the engine. The engine is covered by the warranty but not this part. Hyundai said the cant honor the warranty because the have gone above and beyond. Cant get anyone there to explain this. User's recommendation: Just be careful and question your warranty.
