Delta/Enterprise Partnership Line

I used the Enterprise/Delta partnership line to book a car. 4 months later when I went to find my confirmation number the company told me they could not find me in the system. They have no way to look you up in their system if you do not have your confirmation number. Operator suggested they may have typed it wrong or put in the date incorrectly but had no other way to find me. Delta was able to track the changes and help out to nail down day and time but Enterprise was unable to produce that I even called. Terrible experience and would not recommend using this to anyone. I had to make other reservations the day before my flight and have had to now pay extra due to lack of due diligence and ability of one rep with this company. If you do book with them make sure to write down your confirm and not wait for an email, it may never be booked.
