Delivery stopped for over 6 months and nobody answers me

I've made a purchase in August/2017 that has no update in its delivery since October. I sent emails to the company and they don't answer, their website has no means of contact, never could find a phone to call. Tried their social media and not only they did not answer me as they've blocked me. It's a rip off, there is no other way to put it.
