Delivery late, flowers dying and not being offered a refund

I ordered flowers with a specific delivery date for my parents anniversary. They arrived a day late and a few of the roses were drooping. I contacted the company who said they would send out a replacement bouquet. Due to the experience I had I asked for a refund instead and have not yet received one. Very disappointment with their service and I won't be using them again. User's recommendation: Use another flower service.
