Delivery boy behavior is bad on call

I was supposed to receive my order by today, I have received message confirmation. I called the delivery person twice to know what time he will be coming to deliver my order... Both the time, he didn't answer my question and disconnected the call on my face. I WANT CLARIFICATION ON THIS. Why the *** you put that contact delivery person options if your delivery person does bother to answer your customers. AND I WANT A CALL BACK REGARDING THE SAME. User's recommendation: NEVER CALL YOUR DELIVERY PERSON THEY RE VIP'S.
