December 7th last year, I purchase invoice #2kjh-18-4 on Allure of the seas.. We were told it was available and was in the store room. After 6 weeks we call and inquire, and was told , that shipment can take 6 weeks. . On 2/21/2020 we called again was told it was being framed, the same information as told again on 3/17/20. We did not know it took more than three months to frame, when we were told it was available,. Please help, We have purchase several pieces of art on cruise ships from your company but we are very unhappy
