Deferred pmt created overdraft in my checking account

I requested a deferred pmt for August payment. The payment was not due till 8/13. I visited Townly Center the latter part of July. I specifically asked about the payment being extracted in August and was assured it would be taken out then. I had already made my 7/19 payment. The payment was taken out the very day that I went in to your office. It doesn't seem logical that I would ask for a deferred pmt to be taken out of my account when I knew that the $71.34 wasn't there, causing an overdraft fee of $32. My god, I've been online discussing this through your messenger & was assured that a customer representative would contact me. Bulls %$&! No one has called. I want my money. This is YOUR TOWNLY CENTER BRANCH FAULT. I have given all the information that you needed to make this RIGHT.
