Purchase home March 30, 2017, and home inspection on same date. Moved in March 31, 2017, and noticed modifications to the home. They removed a HVAC vent and replaced it with a smoke/carbon monoxide detector; later added a fire sprinkler in the same location; repeatedly rerun my internet/satellite wires connecting to the main source; short-wired my garage door; somehow when I shut off electric straight from the panel my neighbors electric shuts off too and unit to keep opening and a list of other things. Be weary when buying a KB Home because the workers may have connected your services to your neighbors for a small fees of course to piggy back off you.
