Deceiving the elderly costly repairs for product that’s not 2 years old

Paid $565.00 for a tub lift in December 2019 now they want $199 just to tell me what the problem is. and more if they have to fix it. but I have a three year warranty I guess its very limited. User's recommendation: They rip off the elderly shop somewhere else.
