Debit card not delivered on time and customer service has given two different excuses

My Debit card expired on month of feb 2020 and Debit card not received till today.. i have called the customer service 60050**** two times in between 5th march to 7 th march with my landline number(04505****) first the lady i think her name was shila she informed me that my card already delivered to me as per her system. After again i called in same number one gentle man informed me that my card not delivered as my phone was not reachable.. it means they are playing with me.. User's recommendation: Zero.
