It was in May 2018 and it was raining. My father had somehow fallen from the guerny while in the care of two AMR personnel. The autopsy showed he had suffered a skull fracture, a seizure, kidney damage, and a fractured pelvis. The company never apologized or admitted that he died because of their actions. We have been working with their "adjuster ". He has offered no compensation nor has he answered letters sent. This company needs to improve the training of its employees, never put two inexperienced personnel in the same ambulance, and encourage their crews to call for advice when they aren't sure what to do. They need to have an punbiased outside company review their mistakes and help them improve the care they provide.
