Purchased pack of grapefruit pellegrino water in the small opaque glass bottles. Opened first one and poured it out into a clean glass and out came a fly, we are not insect experts but it looks like a common fruit fly. Attempted to contact company and send pictures and received an email asking us to call them. We were busy with work and traveling so we asked if they could email us but never heard back. Wrote again to follow up and reach out, and did not hear from anyone. We told them we had saved the bottle and its contents in case they wanted to test it. Prior to this incident, we always had a variety of pellegrino products in the house. After this incident, we are hesitant to purchase more pellegrino products.
