I want to deactivate my account but everytime I press the button to do it, it redirects me to some help page which does the same thing whenever you press a button that has to do with deactivating. User's recommendation: Please use Chegg instead and save yourself $10. Even if you have the 1 week free thing you can’t deactivate it so it forces you to pay 10. I learned the hard way.
